About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Project Manager / Executive Assistant to streamline operations and build automated systems for our founder across three ventures.

This is an exceptional launchpad for a student or early-career professional to gain hands-on executive experience, deploy real-world AI automations, and directly impact multi-company operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive & Project Support: Manage calendars, prioritize action items, and coordinate initiatives across all three businesses.
• AI & Automation Systems: Build and maintain automated workflows (using Zapier, Make, n8n, or LLM APIs) to give leadership real-time visibility and early issue alerts without manual check-ins.
• Operations & Communications: Prepare meeting briefs, handle high-discretion correspondence, and liaise with team members and contractors.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Comfort learning and building with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or basic API/LLM integration any project you can show (class assignment, personal automation, hackathon build) is a plus, but not required to apply
• Strong organizational instincts, able to juggle priorities across three distinct businesses
• Excellent written communication; comfortable drafting correspondence on someone else's behalf
• High discretion and sound judgment, given exposure to sensitive business and health-related information
• Self-starter energy, comfortable working with minimal oversight once ramped up
• Willing to sign an NDA before systems access is granted

Preferred:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field
