Strategic HR Partner to Leaders - Talent & Change (Hybrid)

JM Family Enterprises is seeking an HR Relationship Manager to act as an embedded strategic HR consultant and primary contact for leaders within a Business Unit. You will diagnose people needs, advise leaders, and connect the business to HR resources and COEs to drive talent strategy and execution.
