High-Performance Leasing Agent Wanted
If you’ve built your career around leasing apartments, increasing occupancy, and closing deals, this opportunity deserves a look.
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
$16–$19/hour DOE + COMMISSIONS

We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Agent who understands that success is measured by occupancy, conversions, and resident retention.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years of apartment leasing experience
- Yardi experience required
- Proven success meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Stable work history
- Professional appearance and communication skills
Be prepared to talk numbers:
- What occupancy levels have you maintained?
- What are your lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion rates?
- How have you helped improve occupancy?
- What have you done to retain residents?
- What sets you apart from other Leasing Agents?
