What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing top-notch customer support
• Resolving complaints and issues quickly
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and upsell our products/services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Handle customer issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for marketing initiatives.
• Learn to coach, train, develop and oversee a team of Account Managers.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior Customer Service experience
• 2-4 year degree preferred but not required
• Leadership or Management experience is a bonus
• Great Communication skills needed
