Assistant Property Manager Reports to: Property Manager Location: Tyler, Texas Units: 192 Salary: $22.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living) Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living Summary The Ridge at Tyler is seeking a competent Full‑time Assistant Property Manager to help oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our 192‑unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management and must be able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
