On-Site Clinical Supervisor

On‑Site Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and leadership to licensed behavioral health professionals in a juvenile detention center setting, working with clients with Axis I disorders such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Ideal candidates are licensed Maryland Board‑approved clinical supervisors (LCPC, LCSW‑C, LCPAT, LCMFT, LCADC) with passion for supporting clinicians, ensuring compliance, and delivering high‑quality care to youth. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical, case consultation, and administrative supervision to licensed behavioral health professionals Conduct individual and group supervision sessions Ensure clinical documentation is completed, signed, and submitted in compliance with regulatory and agency standards Schedule and coordinate supervision meetings with behavioral health staff Enforce agency policies and procedures Complete psychosocial evaluations as needed Provide clinical coverage and backup when behavioral health staff are unavailable Attend clinical staff meetings and clinical supervisor meetings as scheduled Education, Licensure & Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work Active and good standing Maryland Board‑approved clinical supervisor license (LCPC, LCSW‑C, LCPAT, LCMFT, LCADC) Minimum of 3 years of counseling experience Experience working with children and adolescents in a juvenile detention center setting preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet‑based systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willing to complete a federal and state background check Reliable transportation Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Flexibility, creativity, and strong problem‑solving abilities Commitment to ethical practice and high‑quality clinical care Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match (salaried employees) Paid time off, sick leave, and holiday pay (salaried employees) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted perks through ADP Free trainings and CEUs About Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is a growing Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
