RCP Management is seeking a seasoned Onsite Community Manager to oversee the operations of a residential community in East Windsor, NJ. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of $85,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

• Coordinate and lead Board meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making
• Prepare detailed agendas, management reports, and all supporting materials for Board review
• Perform routine property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and address issues proactively
• Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries, providing appropriate support and resolution
• Collaborate with emergency services and supervise response efforts when necessary
• Demonstrate strong financial management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight
• Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant laws, local regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance
• Uphold a high standard of service, especially during complex or high-pressure situations
• Advise the Board on operational best practices, fiduciary responsibilities, and strategic financial planning
• Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying initiative and sound judgment

• Experience in property management, specifically within HOA or condo settings, is essential.
• Ability to coordinate and lead Board meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Proven track record of preparing detailed agendas, management reports, and supporting materials for Board review.
