Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges * Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention * Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed * Implement and collect data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan * #IND123 Requirements: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Previous experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferred * At least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors * College coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences or related field preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age.
