Assistant Nurse Manager, MedSurg, Full Time, Day Shifts
Must be able to supervise delivery of quality care through use of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation/re-assessment. To direct and guide teaching of patient/ significant other and the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
Education/Experience/Licensure/Technical/Other:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing science
Experience: Previous Charge Nurse experience
Software/Hardware: Meditech
License/Certification: Other:
Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing
BLS Certification- American Heart Association
ACLS Certification-American Heart Association
