Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and direction to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review, debug, and improve code written by others
- Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and engineering processes
- Establish validation standards for AI-assisted outputs including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing
- Contribute to the engineering community as an advocate for firmwide frameworks and SDLC practices
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes
- Advanced Java programming capability
- Kafka and microservices architecture
- Cloud-native development and design
- Kubernetes-based containerized application delivery
- CI/CD and SDLC automation proficiency
- Agile methodologies and application resiliency
- In-depth knowledge of financial services / banking technology systems
- Experience leading AI-assisted software development practices
- Co-Pilot experience
- AWS Solution Architect certification
- Spring Boot familiarity
