A typical day may include: Performing preventative maintenance and major repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment Coordinating repairs and maintenance with Managers and field specialists Reviewing Vehicle Inspection Reports to prioritize work and address issues promptly Ordering and receiving parts and supplies, completing required paperwork for the office and vendors Training field specialists on equipment maintenance and safe vehicle operation whenever possible Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment in the shop and yard This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in caring for their own fleet and equipment while supporting a high-performing team. About You Experience in small engine repair and two-stroke engine maintenance Diesel engine repair and maintenance experience Experience operating and maintaining aerial lift (bucket) trucks Experience with spray equipment, tanks, and pumps Your own basic tools for engine repair and maintenance Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals, diagnostic charts, and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) ASE certification a plus Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S. Physical Requirements The physical demands of this role must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees may frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move over fifty (50) pounds.
