Portfolio Strategy Analyst - Real Estate Investments

Amherst Group is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join the Portfolio Management team in Austin, TX. You will build financial models, conduct underwriting, and prepare investor materials for debt, equity, and cash-flow analyses. The role involves collaborating across the Merchant Banking unit, supporting capital planning and portfolio optimization in a fast-paced environment.
