Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience providing outpatient physical therapy services

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
