Location: Santa Clara, CA

Salary: $20 - $24/hr

Schedule:  Mon - Fri (Full-Time)

Benefits: 401K, 10-12 Days PTO

Job Description: Team 360 Staffing is a staffing company with different job offers around the USA. At this moment we're partnering with a metal finishing company based in Santa Clara, California that provides high quality, fast turn-around metal finishing services for various industrial and commercial applications, serving sectors such as aerospace, medical, and electronics. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading shipments, inspecting incoming orders, and coordinating jobs through the shop, while ensuring accurate order tracking and top-tier customer service. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working both in an office and warehouse setting

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Order processing & administration: receiving/writing up orders, entering order information, reviewing purchase orders/quotes, and generating travelers to route jobs.
• Job tracking & customer communication: tracking job progress, responding to emails/calls, communicating order status to customers, and ensuring completed orders have the correct paperwork.
• Shipping & receiving: operating a forklift to load/unload shipments and conducting incoming inspections.
• Production support: assisting with racking, plugging, inspection, and packaging.
• Payments & sales support: collecting/entering payments and assisting the sales team with calls to customers.
• General management support: assisting the manager with day-to-day tasks.

• Organization & time management: strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently.
• Attention to detail: meticulous work with accuracy in reading, math, and handling information.
• Communication & customer service: strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Technical proficiency: comfortable using Microsoft Office, email software, and other technical systems.
• Adaptability & learning: fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude who can quickly understand new concepts and tasks.
• Work environment & collaboration: able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills: bilingual in English and Spanish.

Education and Licenses Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Valid Ca. Driver’s License
