Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives. Comply with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs. Qualifications and Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results and meet business goals. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment. Previous retail or service‑oriented experience (preferred). Physical: Operate office equipment and technology; standing required for the entire shift; bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 lbs as needed; use ladders for visual merchandising, light adjustments, and window banner placement.
