Join Our Team as a Property Manager

Are you passionate about managing properties and providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different? If so, Stintino Management in Winston-Salem, NC, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Pay: $48,000 - $52,000 per year plus BONUS

Benefits: Health Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, PTO,

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties
Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner
Manage tenant relations and address any concerns or issues that arise
Develop and implement property management policies and procedures
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and lease renewals

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
