Excellent company culture – as recognized by Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces Clean and climate controlled working environment Opportunity for career growth Great benefits including paid vacation and sick time, 401K match, Employee Stock Purchase Program, annual bonus plan, and tuition reimbursement Job Summary Review of Documentation (DANs) and new Process and Routing Sheets Conduct employee training to industry standards DMR data collection & review meetings Re-certification training QA representative at meetings as required Assist with Annual Internal Audits and Product Process Audits to ensure compliance Create Dan’s requested by Quality Assurance and to maintain Training Plans Perform other assignments as required Assist in monitoring personnel and processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies and procedures Update area supervision regarding concerns Assist and support other special projects and tasks as necessary Contract Review per QAOP 4.3 Required Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes together with work measurement and work standards Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired Intermediate level of computer skills in email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project and MRP/ERP Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business Negotiation and conflict management skills together with demonstrated experience troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment Required Experience and Education H.S. Diploma or GED 2 years experience in maintaining production and inventory control standards in a manufacturing setting Minimum 2 years of prior experience with ISO or AS environments a plus This is a generic job posting for a Quality Technician.
