Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service through multiple service channels, following the Company Service Promise.

Assist customers in finding solutions to help them complete their tasks.

Drive sales growth by identifying leads for further selling opportunities with every customer interaction.

Perform basic warehouse tasks, including order picking/packing, product putaway, and general housekeeping.

Major Responsibilities/Key Task

Warehouse tasks such as picking, put away, packing, shipping, alignments, inventory, and housekeeping.
