Contract Mandatory Sillks - UKG SDM, data imports/exports, and managing interface setups. Job Description:
- Strong knowledge of UKG Workforce Pro global business structure, including organizational setup, labor categories, and security profiles.
- Hands-on experience in UKG implementations or upgrades , specifically building/modifying business structure, pay rule components, and integrations.
- Full-suite functional expertise in Pay Policies, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, Attestation, and Custom Reports .
- Skilled in UKG SDM , data imports/exports, and managing interface setups.
- Ability to extract and analyze system data using GCP and SQL , and load configuration updates as needed.
- Strong understanding of integration flows between UKG Pro WFM and HR/Payroll systems.
