Director of Brand Marketing

Leading a unified creative engine, the full-time Director of Brand Marketing will oversee design, content, web, and customer advocacy teams to shape Glia's brand strategy and identity while enhancing its presence in the banking AI market. Key responsibilities Define and evolve brand strategy, visual identity, and verbal identity across all customer touchpoints Drive design efforts and ensure consistency in visual output while managing the design team's budget and resources Set content strategy and oversee the web presence to optimize engagement and conversion on Glia.com Required qualifications 10+ years in brand, creative, or content marketing with at least 5 years managing teams Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative organizations in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology Proven ability to build and evolve a brand through category creation or repositioning Strong editorial judgment with experience managing agencies and budgets Data fluency to utilize analytics for guiding creative investments
