Administrative Assistant

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assitant provides comprehensive administrative, communications, development, and ministry support for New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries.
This position serves as a point of support for the whole organization and works across multiple areas of ministry. Responsibilities include daily office administration, campus communications, event support, community engagement, and special projects.
The Administrative Assistant supports the mission of NMBCH by being the first point of contact for many members of the community and stewarding those relationships well. Because of the broad nature of this position, the Administrative Assistant must be highly organized, adaptable, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming presence.
