We are currently looking for a General Cardiologist to become a part of our growing team in Maryland. Our organization is a physician-led multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering quality, community-focused healthcare. Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Ranges from $550,000 to $680,000, depending on experience and specialty.
• Eligibility for productivity and quality-based incentives.
• A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and a CME allowance.
• Sign-on bonus available with a commitment.

• Implement DAX Co-Pilot, the latest AI-based documentation support technology.
• Be part of a well-established Mitraclip, TAVR, and Watchman Program.
• Join a team that has performed over 300,000 interventional cardiology procedures and more than 15,000 open-heart surgeries since 1974.
• Contribute to over 18,000 surgeries and 2,300 births annually.
