Title: General Foreman - HVAC & Commercial Mechanical Contractor
Location: Hollywood, FL 33023 ( THAT'S JUST THE OFFICE BUT YOU'D BE 100% IN THE FIELD - BROWARD / PALM BEACH COUNTY)
Pay : $40 - $45/ Hour + Overtime

Working Hours:  Mon-Fri 7am - 3:30pm

Founded in the 1990s, we are a Florida-based mechanical contracting firm with roughly 300 employees and a major operations hub in Hollywood, FL. We specialize in large commercial mechanical construction, including chilled water systems, hot water piping, HVAC distribution, and complex mechanical installations for hospitals, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings. Our Hollywood team manages field operations for multi-million-dollar projects across Broward and Palm Beach counties. We are seeking a General Foreman to lead field crews, drive productivity, and ensure safe, high-quality mechanical installations on major commercial projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and supervise field crews of approximately 15 mechanical tradespeople on active commercial job sites
• Oversee daily field operations for chilled water, hot water, HVAC, and commercial piping installations on projects ranging from $10M to $20M
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and productivity
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to resolve issues and maintain quality
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
• Maintain jobsite documentation, daily reports, and field communication
• Represent the company professionally on all client sites

What You Need for This Position

• Experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman on large commercial mechanical projects
• Strong technical knowledge of chilled water systems, hot water piping, HVAC distribution, and commercial piping installation
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate field crews on long-duration projects (12 to 18 months)
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work 100% in the field
• Preferred: experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or complex commercial environments
• Preferred: candidates located in Broward or Palm Beach County with the ability to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
