We are seeking Sales Consultants, who know what it takes to make the calls, follow up with the customer, set appointments, deliver a superior customer experience and close the deal! Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: other forms of retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge etc.), restaurants (server, bartender etc.), and customer service roles. • $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction & generate referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & Saturday's
• Previous vehicle sales experience or other sales experience preferred
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Fantastic communication skills
• Great organization, time management, and problem solving skills
• Professional appearance & positive attitude
• Clean driving record and valid driver license required
