Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blending machinery to mix raw materials according to specified formulas and production schedules.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of blending equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of blending activities.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to resolve any blending issues.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating blending or mixing equipment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and formulas.
