Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to become part of our well-established practice at a critical access hospital that caters to a large rural population with a pressing demand for urological care.

Position Highlights

• Practice Environment: Inpatient, outpatient, operating room, and emergency consultations
• Patient Load: 8-15+ patients daily with 3-8 procedures each week
• Operating Room Schedule: 2 days per week
• On-Call Duties: 10 days per month
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Clinical ResponsibilitiesSurgical Procedures:

• Biopsies and procedures for kidney stones
• Interventions guided by diagnostic imaging
• Cancer treatment procedures

Office-Based Services:

• Urodynamics testing
• Office biopsies and vasectomies
• Lupron injections and bladder scans
• General urological consultations

Hospital Services:

• Consultations in the emergency department
• Inpatient consultations and management
• Collaborative care with various specialties

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Experience in urogynecology is preferred but not mandatory
• A commitment to delivering comprehensive urological care
