In Houston, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors can earn an average of $17.44 per hour*. *This is an estimate of hourly earnings based on the 2026 base pay rate plus the 2025 hourly tip average. Actual tips may vary. In Texas, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two‑week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to ensure the average reaches $15 per hour for that period. Position Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is hiring part‑time Ambassadors for our Rice Village shop. Ambassadors are front‑line crew members who serve customers, prepare waffle products, operate the register, keep the shop clean, and change out buckets of ice cream. Responsibilities Serve ice cream to customers. Operate the cash register. Prepare waffle products. Keep the shop clean and organized. Change out buckets of ice cream as needed.
