This role is the central hub between our electricians and customers—ensuring efficient scheduling and a smooth customer experience. This position plays a critical role in delivering a great customer experience while maximizing technician efficiency. The Service Coordinator helps ensure our electricians stay productive, our customers stay informed, and our operations run smoothly every day.
