WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As our HVAC Sales Representative, you work with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC systems and identify the best solutions for their comfort needs. You conduct thorough inspections, performing airflow analysis, Manual J load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements to ensure precise recommendations. With confidence, you walk customers through their options, presenting solutions that fit their budget and needs, including financing plans when applicable. As you close sales, you collaborate with our skilled HVAC installation team, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to project completion. Your goal is not just to sell but to build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and trustworthy guidance.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC sales
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional, clean-cut appearance
• Good attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Manual J calculations
• Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics
• A flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends
