In this role, you'll help clients bring their ideas to life while managing projects from estimate to delivery. You'll work with a talented production team and develop long-term relationships with businesses throughout Las Vegas. What You'll Do Manage customer projects from estimate through production and delivery Build relationships with existing customers and help grow their business Follow up on inbound leads and opportunities Provide exceptional customer service and project communication Consult with clients and recommend products and solutions Prepare estimates and enter orders accurately Coordinate with our production team to ensure successful project execution Use CRM and MIS systems to manage customer relationships and project details Upsell and cross-sell products and services when opportunities exist What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent writing and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and desire to serve customers Printing or graphics experience is a plus, but not required Account management or customer service experience preferred Why AlphaGraphics?
