You’re right for this job if you are… Licensed & Experienced: You hold a J.D., an active CA Bar license, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Trust Administration, Conservatorships, and Probate. Responsibilities Client meetings Reviewing documents Drafting pleadings Attending court hearings Analyzing and advising on matters Determining the strategy Working with paralegals and legal assistants to progress the case Qualifications California Bar License 5 years of experience in Trust Administration, Estate Planning, Conservatorships, and Probates Knowledge of the CA probate code, specifically Trust Administrations, Conservatorships, and Trust Managements Experience in Estate Planning is not required, but extremely helpful Compensation $110,000 - $125,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
