Facilities Security Officer

The role We are seeking an experienced Facility Security Officer (FSO) to spearhead security operations at our brand-new manufacturing facility in West Virginia,and to help write the next chapter of our company's growth story. As a dual-scope leader, you'll blend strategic, corporate-level personnel security and National Industrial Security Program (NISP) compliance work supporting our home office with hands-on physical security management at the plant floor. The day-to-day Personnel Security & NISPOM Compliance (Corporate Support) Ensure adherence to the NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and serve as the primary liaison with DCSA field offices, government security representatives, and other federal agencies. Manage the end-to-end clearance process (eAPP/DISS) and maintain cleared employee records, briefings, debriefings, and periodic reinvestigations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
