Lead day-to-day sales and branch operations for an industrial, warehouse, office, and administrative staffing branch in San Antonio, Texas. The Staffing Agency Manager will oversee recruiters and sales staff, drive recruiting activity and candidate pipeline growth, develop client relationships, and deliver strong retention and service quality through effective team coaching and operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily recruiting activities, including sourcing, candidate submittals, and interviews.
• Lead recruiters and sales staff through coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and local relationships with recruiting resources.
• Maintain a healthy recruiting, candidate, and sales pipeline.
• Identify new sales opportunities in San Antonio and surrounding cities.
• Lead branch operations and support sales performance goals.
• Build client relationships that promote retention and high-quality service.
• Conduct occasional local travel for client development and recruiting partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills.
• One or more years of direct sales experience with a measurable, proven track record.
• Sales experience within the personnel services industry.
• One or more years of supervisory or management experience overseeing recruiting and service-oriented staff.
• People management experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in staffing sales and recruiting operations.
• Sales - Uncapped Commission.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Staffing recruitment experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication experience.
