Packing & Production Associate

Join Our Team! We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Packaging & Production Associate to join our production team. In this hands‑on role, you will assemble, package, inspect, label, and prepare products for inventory and customer shipment. Shift is 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. What You’ll Do Operate shrink wrap machines, L-bar sealers, and heat tunnels to package products safely and efficiently. Assemble product kits, cartons, and packaging components according to work instructions. Perform product assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection activities. Ensure products meet quality standards and identify defects or discrepancies. Prepare products for shipment and inventory storage. Apply shipping labels and product identification accurately. Complete packaging and production documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Physical Requirements Stand and work on your feet for most of the shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds. Perform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Work safely in a fast‑paced production environment. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic math and counting skills.
