Position Purpose

Managing DVM and Associate DVM Opportunities Bridgeton Animal Hospital Maryland Heights, MO

Compensation $110,000-$130,000 annually Up to $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Key responsibilities

• Set and uphold medical quality standards
• Mentor Associate DVMs and support team development
• Drive workflow efficiency and scheduling effectiveness
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Partner on production and clinic performance

Associate DVM track

You focus on patient care and client relationships while building clinical confidence. You receive mentorship and a clear path for growth, including future leadership if desired.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care

• Grow clinical and surgical skills

What you need

• DVM with Missouri license or ability to obtain
• Leadership experience for Managing DVM
• Open to new grads for Associate DVM
• Strong communication and team mindset
• Professional presence with clients and staff
