Job Description

A physician-led, not-for-profit regional health system serving North Dakota and Minnesota is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join a well-integrated inpatient team in a 25-bed critical access hospital west of Grand Forks, North Dakota.

• 25-bed hospital with ~10 patient average daily census
• True 7 on / 7 off block schedule
• Morning rounds begin at 7:00 AM
• Structured interdisciplinary rounding with nursing at 8:30 AM
• Strong RN collaboration throughout inpatient stay and admissions
• Coordinated admissions process in partnership with emergency medicine
• Stable, team-based inpatient practice with consistent workflow
