As a Sales Professional, you will assist customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process—from the initial conversation and vehicle selection through the final transaction, delivery, and follow-up. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and confident in their decision. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated to succeed, and understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, commission-based position with excellent earning potential for motivated sales professionals.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.Build relationships with customers and identify their individual vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles.Provide knowledgeable and professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits.Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing customers.Accurately maintain customer information and sales activity within the dealership CRM.Work closely with sales management and the finance department to provide a smooth and efficient purchasing experience.Stay current on Mercedes-Benz products, technology, available inventory, incentives, and programs.Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships and referrals.Meet or exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.Represent Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City professionally at all times.QualificationsPrevious automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.Ability to learn vehicle technology, features, and product information.Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership CRM systems.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays.Comprehensive Benefits Package IncludingEmployer-paid life insurance up to $25,000, with additional coverage availableAnnual employer-paid flu vaccinationEmployer matching 401k contributions up to 3%Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceReimbursement for jury duty pay difference for full-time employees (up to two weeks per year)Paid vacation time: 1 week/year after one year of employment, 2 weeks/year after two years, and 3 weeks/year after five yearsPaid sick leave: 3 days/yearPaid bereavement leave: 3 days/year for immediate family membersOnline access (PC and Apps) to Payroll (Clocking in & out) & Benefits DataToll Free Payroll & Benefits number to call for help M-F 7 AM to 10:30 PM (CST)Access to LifeCare (24 hours a day), a Work-Life Employee Assistance Program.
