Georgetown Hill Early School is opening a brand-new campus, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help bring it to life.

Woodley Gardens, Rockville — Opening January 2027, right off I-270 near Montgomery College and historic Rockville. A totally new build for us, replacing the beloved campus that we lost in 2019.

The Role

You'll be the heart of this new campus — coaching teachers, building family relationships, and creating an environment where children and staff alike feel they truly belong. This is a full-time position starting at $70,000+, based on experience.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• A Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field
• 5+ years of early childhood leadership experience
• Experience leading a school of 150–200+ children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations and NAEYC standards

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of early childhood educators
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children
• Maintain compliance with MSDE Office of Child Care regulations and NAEYC standards
• Foster strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and the broader community
• Support enrollment growth and promote your campus within the community
• Manage campus operations, staffing, and budgeting with confidence and care
