RN-MS/Telemetry jobs at the facility in San Antonio, TX offer you the chance to provide specialized care for patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical support. You will assess patient conditions, interpret cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care. You must hold an active Texas or compact RN license, have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and possess at least 1 year of recent clinical experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required. Familiarity with EKG interpretation and strong critical thinking skills are recommended for success in this role.
