Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health | Per Diem
Location: Los Angeles County – East LA, Torrance, El Segundo & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Per Diem / PRN | Flexible Scheduling

We're currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide impactful, one-on-one care through home health speech therapy services across Los Angeles.

As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will deliver personalized speech therapy, swallowing treatment, and communication rehabilitation to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact in senior care and rehab while working independently in a mobile therapy setting .
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Perform evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
- Deliver swallowing therapy (dysphagia management) and communication training
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
- Active California SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates welcome
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (home health experience is a plus)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (mobile home health role)
- Current auto insurance
- Professional liability insurance
