Our client, a prominent entity in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Utility Steward Dishwasher to join their team. As a Utility Steward Dishwasher, you will be part of the Food & Beverage Department supporting the culinary and service teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: AM or PM - weekends required

What's the Job?

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to support the hotel's operations
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Scrub pots and pans, burnish, de-tarnish, and polish silverware and utensils
• Stock and maintain supplies and equipment for the kitchen and service areas
• Assist in preparing and placing clean service ware for events and functions

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform cleaning duties including mopping and trash removal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment is a plus but not required
