Warehouse Manager 

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager who will oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing coordination, receiving and distribution of materials, company tools, fleet support, and warehouse personnel. You will work closely with estimators, project managers, field supervisors, and vendors to ensure projects have the materials and equipment necessary for successful execution. 

Essential Duties:  

• Manage daily warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility. 
• Coordinate receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of materials. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and annual physical inventories. 
• Establish inventory minimums and maximums and investigate discrepancies. 
• Coordinate material purchases and monitor supplier deliveries. 
• Track company tools, equipment, and fleet assets and coordinate repairs. 
• Supervise warehouse personnel and provide training and performance coaching. 
• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain warehouse safety procedures. 
• Maintain inventory records, purchasing documentation, and warehouse reports. 

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management experience. 
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 
• Experience in electrical contracting or construction preferred. 
• Knowledge of electrical materials and inventory systems. 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Valid driver's license; forklift certification preferred.
