This position works closely with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care and positive resident outcomes. --- Essential Responsibilities * Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while maintaining accurate documentation. * Monitor resident conditions and promptly report significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members. * Supervise and support CNAs, CMAs, and other assigned staff to ensure coordinated resident care. * Conduct routine resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality outcomes. * Maintain effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies. --- Qualifications * Current Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. * Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience, including charge nurse responsibilities, preferred. * Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association required. * Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. * Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. --- Clinical Floor Staff Incentive ProgramEarn an Additional $3.00 Per Hour Available to CNAs, CMAs, and LPN Charge Nurses Effective May 30, 2026, eligible clinical floor staff may earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting the program requirements. Eligibility Requirements To qualify each pay period, employees must: * Have no unscheduled absences * Have no unauthorized overtime * Take all required 30-minute unpaid meal breaks * Complete the Daily Advanced Entry Check-In * Remain current on all HealthStream training requirements * Park in designated employee parking areas * Have no corrective action within the previous 30 days Pilot Program This incentive program is being offered as a pilot and will be evaluated monthly beginning in June 2026. --- Benefits We believe in taking care of the people who care for our residents.
