Company: BAS, Moreno Valley, CA

Summary: Responsible for the safe maintenance of plant equipment and systems, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems.
• Report any equipment malfunction to the supervisor.
• Look out for any abnormal noise or vibration on the equipment.
• Communicates regularly with the supervisor to ensure good two-way communication concerning equipment or safety issues.
• Maintains the designated area clean of any material that has fallen on the floor.
• Sweep the floor around the equipment and shovel the material back onto the conveyors.
• When necessary, rolls tires onto the conveyor belt.
• Occasionally stack 50 Lb. bags onto pallet, up to 5 feet high.

Resumen: Responsable del mantenimiento seguro de los equipos y sistemas de la planta, para garantizar la maxima cantidad y calidad de produccion, al tiempo que apoya las politicas, metas y objetivos de la empresa.

Deberes y responsabilidades

• Supervisa el funcionamiento de los equipos y sistemas de la planta.
• lnforma al supervisor sobre cualquier mal funcionamiento del equipo.
• Permanece atento a ruidos o vibraciones anormales en los equipos.
• Se comunica periódicamente con el supervisor para garantizar una buena comunicación bidireccional sobre equipos o cuestiones de seguridad.
• Mantiene el área designada limpia de cualquier material que haya caído al piso.
• Barra el piso alrededor del equipo y devuelve el material nuevamente a los transportadores con pala.
• Cuando sea necesario, enrolla los neumáticos (llantas) sobre la' cinta transportadora.
• Ocasionalmente apila bolsas de 50 libras en una tarima, hasta una altura de 5 pies.
