NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

NICU RN Opportunity

Two NICU RNs are needed for 13-week assignments, one Day shift (7 AM7 PM) and one Night shift (7 PM7 AM). This is a high-acuity Level III NICU requiring strong experience with vents, oscillators, pressors, and micro-preemies. Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level III NICU care for high-acuity neonates
• Manage vents, oscillators, pressors, and micro-preemies
• Perform neonatal assessments and interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary NICU teams
• Support family-centered care
• Document care per facility protocol

Required Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience
• Must be able to manage vents, oscillators, pressors, micro-preemies
• STABLE, NRP, BLS required
• Active RN license (state/district)

Compensation

Travel NICU RN

Weekly Pay Package: $2,606/week Hourly Pay: $30/hr Meals Stipend: $560/week Housing Stipend: $966/week

The Registered Nurse NICU cares for newborn babies who are delivered pre-term or at-term newborns who experience complications at the time of birth. The Registered Nurse NICU provides intensive around-the-clock care, including both medical needs and basic daily care activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices
• One year NICU experience required
• NRP card per contract requirement
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
