Five Below in Waterloo, IA is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead store operations and deliver a WOW customer experience. You will train crew on BEST service, supervise front-end duties, and work with the store leadership team to meet brand standards. The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
