What Youll Do

• Diagnose & repair European, Asian, and American vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, Land Rover, Mini, etc.) Not a Euro Tech no problem. Apply.
• Flag hours efficiently & accurately
• Work alongside a supportive team of 5+ technicians and service advisors
• Contribute to a positive, drama-free shop culture

• $40 $70/hour (based on experience & certifications)
• 20% Bonus on EVERY flagged labor hour
• Flat Rate + Guaranteed Hours never stress about slow weeks
• Expected 4045 billed hours/week

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on technician experience (Euro experience a plus, not required)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and drama-free
• Clean, valid drivers license
