SERVICE BDC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team and support our business development and customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will help create positive first impressions, build strong relationships with customers, and contribute to a high-performing sales and service environment.

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Qualify leads, gather customer information, and schedule appointments or follow-ups as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Support sales and service teams by coordinating customer communication and ensuring timely handoffs.
• Provide product, service, and scheduling information to customers clearly and effectively.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, encourage engagement, and support retention efforts.
• Assist in meeting performance goals related to customer contact, appointment setting, and lead conversion.
• Maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach in every interaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone, email, and customer service etiquette.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales support, or appointment setting is preferred.
