Medical Device Assembler - 1st Shift - Aliso Viejo, CA - $22-$25/hr - Temp-to-Hire

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA | Onsite
Pay: $22-$25/hour - Weekly Pay!
Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Duration: 6+ months before conversion eligibility

Experience: Entry-Level welcome - 1-3 years medical device experience preferred

Opportunity Summary

Our client is a medical device manufacturer producing specialized products that rely on precision assembly and braiding technology. This is a strong temp-to-hire opportunity for detail-oriented candidates who want hands-on training on patented equipment and a long-term path in a stable, growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed written work instructions to assemble medical device components
• Set up, operate, and monitor patented braiding machinery per quality requirements
• Perform small assembly work under a microscope with precision and accuracy
• Use scales, rulers, and both US and metric measurement systems to verify component specs
• Comply with all Quality System policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Project Engineer or Supervisor
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with cleanroom standards

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to follow detailed written procedures
• Ability to set up and operate specialized braiding machinery
• Ability to perform small assembly work using a microscope
• Working knowledge of basic measuring techniques (scales, rulers, US and metric units)
• No manufacturing experience required - paid, hands-on training provided

Preferred:

• 1-3 years of medical device manufacturing experience
• Prior cleanroom experience
• Strong verbal communication skills for team collaboration
