Our long-established, doctor-led private group practice in Vandalia, IL is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team with strong patient demand and efficient systems. Experienced dentists are strongly preferred , but the practice is open to a 2026 graduating dentist or current resident who is coachable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to grow in a high-support environment. Practice Snapshot Practice Snapshot 11 operatories 2 Dentists + 4 Hygienists Eaglesoft practice management software Strong hygiene/recall systems that consistently feed restorative and comprehensive care Experienced clinical and administrative support to keep the day moving ⚙ Clinical & Procedural Focus We're looking for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and takes pride in doing quality work efficiently. Ideal strengths include: Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges) Simple to moderate extractions Endo experience is a plus (or interest in expanding endo skills is welcomed) Schedule & Hours Target Schedule (Associate): 4 days per week

Current Office Hours (for reference): Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM You'll have a predictable 4-day schedule while the office maintains expanded hours to support access and demand.
